The semester is almost over, and I’ve been swamped with assignments but some classes involved some interesting field trips. I thought I’d put up a few photos I took along the way.

For the Stabilization and Clarification course, we visited Rosemount Estate in McLaren Flat (in April) and Yalumba’s winery in the Barossa (in May). Filters and centrifuges aren’t particularly photogenic, so here are some of the more interesting photos I took.

Last week, the Cellar and Winery Waste Management course had an overnight field trip to the Barossa. Essentially the trip involved looking at a lot of wastewater treatment lagoons. Not exactly pretty to look at or smell, but here are a couple photos anyway.

That’s it from me for now, I have 2 papers and 4 exams left, and then I’m going home for a few weeks in July! I’m so excited!
